Methods of booking, conducting and attending private lessons / group courses

• Lessons and courses can be booked online through our website athttp://www.scuolascicorvara.it.
• Phone reservations are not accepted.
• During the booking process through the http://www.scuolascicorvara.it website, customer information is collected and saved in our records. How the data is processed can be found on the /en/privacy-policy-corvara-ski-school.php" title="privacy" target="_self">privacy page.
• The private lessons/group courses can only be attended by showing the booking slip or electronic ticket to the ski instructor.
• Neither equipment nor ski pass is included in the price of the lesson.
• All private lessons/group courses participants must have a ski pass.
  For intermediate and advanced level Full Day group course participants, a Dolomiti Superski ski pass is mandatory.
• Private lessons/group courses take place with any weather condition. Only in the event that the situation prevents the opening of the ski lifts and/or the instructor deems the weather conditions prohibitive for the conduct of the teaching activity, the partecipant or the parent will be promptly informed and the booked and not attended lessons will be refunded.
• Group courses cannot be converted to private lessons unless advised by the teacher himself.
• The duration of the private lesson hour is 55 minutes.
• Parents of the minor partecipant have to show up at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before the end of the lesson/course to pick up the child. In case the parent is late, please notify the ski school.
• For students under 18, wearing a helmet is mandatory. In any case, the use of the helmet is recommended for everyone.
• Please note that the partecipant must hold valid insurance covering liability for damage or injury caused to third parties (pursuant to Art. 30 Legislative Decree No. 40/2021). We also recommend taking out a personal accident policy.
• Corvara-Ladinia Ski School disclaims any responsibility for injuries or accidents that might occur during both private and group lesson hours.
• Corvara-Ladinia Ski School expressly reserves the right to change, supplement, delete part or the entire offer or to temporarily or permanently suspend its publication without notice.
• In the event that the minimum number of participants in the group course is not reached, the ski school reserves the right to cancel or change the course even at the last moment.
• For the success of the lesson and the safety of the student, parents are advised to notify the ski school or instructor of any physical or mental peculiarities of the child.

Payment and refunds for private lessons/group courses:

• A reservation is made upon payment of the lesson fee and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the contract. A request to change the reservation can only be accepted by the ski school if there is availability and only if the request is received at least 48 hours before the booked lesson.
• The customer has the right of withdrawal within 48 hours before the beginning of the lessons.
• The reservation is to be considered effective for both parties only upon completion of prepayment by bank transfer, cash or credit card. There is no charge for processing the payment.
• In case of illness/injury, prepaid and unused private lessons and group courses are reimbursed effective from the day after the date of submission of the medical certificate issued by the local health officer.
• Refunds cannot be made in cash. It is at the discretion of the school to decide whether to make the refund by wire transfer or directly to the credit card used for payment.
  Any refund by wire transfer will be subtracted €10.00 to cover transaction costs.
• No refunds or transfers will be made in case of delay in reaching the meeting point.
• The copyright for elements posted and created on the Corvara Ski School website belongs exclusively to the author of the site. Reproduction or use of such graphics, audio files, video and text in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without explicit permission from Corvara Ski School.
